At Arma Bağlantı Sistemleri, in the name of environmental sustainability, great importance is attached and it is aimed to use resources in the most efficient way to meet our own needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs, and with respect for animals’ right to shelter and to live. In this context;

• To calculate the carbon footprint and water footprint annually, to minimize the carbon and water footprint, and to reduce the use of blue and green water resources,

• To carry out waste segregation and reduction activities and awareness/educational programs for employees, to support recycling, and to use recycled products,

• To increase the amount of green energy used to 100%,

• To ensure compliance with legal and other requirements regarding energy efficiency, usage and consumption,

• To use energy and natural resources efficiently in all activities,

• To support design activities that ensure the procurement of energy-efficient products and services that affect energy performance and that take into account the improvement of energy performance,

• To take energy efficiency and renewable energy issues into account in the decision-making processes of our new investments,

• To work within the scope of our zero waste policy and to address projects aimed at reducing waste, 

• To ensure the proper segregation and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste,

• To carry out work to increase green areas,

• To raise awareness among all our employees about reducing carbon and water footprints and ensure their participation,

• To provide our employees with regular training on the environment and waste segregation, ensuring their participation,

• To ensure the protection of environmental biodiversity, the prevention of deforestation, and the consideration of investments that do not damage soil structure,

• To manage suppliers’ sustainability efforts so that they include work and targets to reduce the use of blue & green water resources and efforts to reduce carbon and water footprints,

• To have noise measurements carried out regularly and to ensure that necessary actions are taken in line with the results,

• To manage the use, control, storage, transportation and disposal of hazardous chemical substances; to prevent spills and leaks, and to manage the actions to be taken in case of contact, 

• To manage improvement activities aimed at protecting all sites from fire,

• To regularly measure in-house air quality and air emissions and to reduce the damage caused to the environment to zero, 

• To identify sources that may cause greenhouse gases and especially carbon emissions, and to minimize their use, 

are targeted.
